Meet Kevin Francis, Senior loan officer
Born and raised in Colorado, Kevin has always had a passion for helping others.
With a background in psychology, working with at-risk youth and a strong love of numbers, as a young loan officer assistant, Kevin realized they were the perfect combination for helping homebuyers during the complicated process of buying a home.
His technical excellence and personalized mortgage education plans have helped hundreds of families and investors safely and successfully purchase homes in Colorado for more than 20 years.
Clients often share that Kevin’s commitment to put their needs first, listen and talk through fears and concerns while providing clear and detailed financial information, is what sets him apart from the industry standard. He has worked hard to earn the trust of clients and realtors and has successfully grown his business through personal referrals.
Kevin is a stalwart Colorado State University ram, the proud father of Matthew and Ashley and Golden Retriever, Ruby and is married to his high school sweetheart, Mary. Together, they love to travel, hike, snowshoe and spend time in nature.
